The annual UK census of consultant, higher specialty trainees and SAS physicians – conducted by the RCP, the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow – provides a unique insight into the physician workforce and how it is changing. In this video presentation Dr Sarah Logan, Director of the Medical Workforce Unit, provides an overview of the key findings from the 2021 census.
